Pirates sign Harlingen South standout volleyball player

Victoria College signed Harlingen South libero/defensive specialist Zoe Garcia to a letter-of-intent on April 16.

Garcia helped Harlingen South reach the area playoffs last season by compiling 1,064 digs, 71 assists and 27 service aces. She was named to the first team of the Valley Morning Star's 2019 All-Star Team.
