The Victoria College Pirates were swept 25-15, 25-12, 25-10 by the third-ranked Blinn College Buccaneers on Thursday at VC's Sports Center.
Makenzie Gerlach (New Mexico JC/Mission Veterans Memorial) had seven kills for the Pirates. Justice Gabaldon (Cedar Creek) tallied 10 assists and Isabela Domniguez (Mission Veterans Memorial) had 12 digs.
The Pirates fell to 8-17 overall and 1-9 in Region XIV play.
