Bio

Allison, better known as Coach P, is entering her 10^th season as a staff member at Victoria College Athletics.

Allison is a former VC Pirate volleyball and women’s basketball standout. She received numerous honors as a player, including Female Student Athlete of the Year, and led her team to a TCCSL Conference Championship in both volleyball and basketball in the same year.

In 2013, Coach P took on the role of Head Women’s Basketball Coach. That same season, she became the first person in TCCSL history to win a championship as both a player and a coach. During the 3 years under her leadership, the Pirates accumulated a conference record of 44-4 and won 2 conference championships. She also served as Assistant Volleyball Coach during this time, a role she continues today.

She uses her position at VC to teach, mentor and serve as an example to the young women who are following in her footsteps.

She currently resides in Edna, TX with her husband Matthew and their beautiful daughters Callie and Codie.
