The Navarro College Bulldogs raced out to a 45-20 halftime lead and never looked back in a 75-55 Region XIV victory over the Victoria College Pirates on Wednesday at VC's Sports Center.

Ky Blodget (Katy Taylor) had 13 points off the bench for the Pirates and Chandler Collins-Johnson (Humble Atascocita) added 12. Kenyatis Turner (Corpus Christi King) had 10 points.

The loss dropped VC to 0-8 overall and 0-3 in Region XIV games.

The Pirates will return to Region XIV action Saturday when they hit the road for 4 p.m. matchup at Trinity Valley Community College.
