CARTHAGE - The Victoria College Pirates fell to the Panola College Fillies 25-11, 23-25, 25-11, 25-19 in a Region XIV volleyball match Friday night.
Mikela Mireles (Harlingen South) had 11 kills and eight digs for the Pirates, who fell to 4-11 and 0-4 in Region XIV games. Ryndee Weishuhn (Columbus) added seven kills. Maddison Heibel (Mary Hardin-Baylor/Industrial) tallied 19 assists and seven digs and Addison Amick (Boerne) posted 14 digs.
